I have never seen a stronger seller’s market. Bidding wars, aggressive terms, short days on market, these are the norms right now across the Wasatch Front. People ask themselves “Should I sell my house?” While your house may be worth a lot more than you realize, it may or may not make sense to sell depending on your own circumstances.
On one hand, if you are moving to another market, considering retirement or need a different housing situation, this may be the best time to sell in your entire life. On the other hand, if you need a similar home in a similar area, while you may be able to get more than you thought of your existing home, it may be hard to find an adequate replacement property in your budget in the same or similar area. This goes for residential and commercial.
