It’s the 175th anniversary of the Pioneers entering the Salt Lake Valley, and what better way to celebrate than with some fun local events? In between the parades and the fireworks and barbecue planning, why not hit up a few of these places to provide some unique fun for the whole family?

Celebrate hope, happiness, and heritage at the Ogden Pioneer Days with parades, art, good food, and a rodeo!

What better way to celebrate the pioneering spirit than by supporting local small businesses and artists? This pop-up market has dozens of unique and eclectic vendors, a perfect Pioneer Day shopping trip!

Experience Utah’s natural beauty and gain new perspectives on our natural world through a guided art tour.
7 AM @ Canyon Glen Park
Race down the Provo River and run a 5K to celebrate Pioneer Day and contribute to a great cause: supporting single mothers earning college degrees.
11 AM @ Snowbasin Resort
Enjoy a refreshing beverage or delicious barbecue while you listen to some incredible live music, or hit up the Wildflower Mini-Golf Course and playground at Snowbasin Resort to get out of the valley heat.
