Farmers’ markets and festivals are a hallmark of Utah summer culture, and it’s always sad to see them close at the end of fall. Markets have some of the best locally produced food, art, and crafts and they make shopping fun! If you’re like me and wish you could do holiday shopping at a market, then I have amazing news for you. Park Silly, the non-profit that organizes the Sunday Market in Park City, is hosting a Silly Holiday Bazaar!
The Park Silly Sunday Markets are typically held on Main Street, but since it’s winter and they want everyone to be warm and cozy, the Holiday Bazaar will be held at The DoubleTree by Hilton on December 9th through 11th. This indoor venue will have all of the community market booths and attractions you love, while also bringing in the holiday spirit and decor. Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths and you and your family are encouraged to come enjoy the atmosphere and maybe wear matching Christmas sweaters if you’re feeling really festive.
Parking and entry to the bazaar are free so you can bring the whole family to have a good time! You’ll find all of your favorite vendors, plus maybe some new holiday favorites as well. There will be booths selling handmade jewelry, unique art, gourmet food, produce and homemade food products, businesses by young entrepreneurs, and of course all of the holiday and Christmas items you could dream of! Find new holiday decor, Christmas treats, and one-of-a-kind presents for everyone on your list, and have a great time while doing it! With all of the booths, friends, and family around you’re sure to have the most wonderful time of the year. So mark your calendars for this weekend and come have a holly jolly holiday at the Silly Holiday Bazaar!
